If you have given us your e-mail address in the Check Out process, we will notify you that your check has been received. Your check will be deposited within 2 business days of receipt. We will allow as much as 7 business days for your check to clear prior to processing your order for shipping.
On the Web site, all Nebraska Residents will be charged City & State Sales Tax at the rate consistent with your area. Retail stores will charge sales tax consistent with tax laws where they are located regardless of State. Retail stores are responsible for collection, reporting and payment of all taxes to their local, state and federal governing authorities as applicable.
Upon receipt and processing of your order, items will generally ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive your order. If you do not receive your order after 14 days, please contact us. We do reserve the right to change shipping fees.
Damages & Lost Packages
We cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our facility however our packages are sent out in good condition and with a tracking number. Products are automatically insured up to $50. Additional insurance can be purchased and content can only be replaced if the order was insured. If you purchase insurance, please be aware that you are responsible for filing claims for the lost or damaged items. Save all damaged items (do not send them to us). You may need them to prove your claim when filing with the USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or other carrier.
If you are dissatisfied with product that you have purchased, please contact us through the "contact us" page. Please include the date of your purchase and maintain the receipt. Include a description of why you are dissatisfied. Identify the item(s) by the name on the label. Include the date code if applicable.
A return authorization number will be sent via e-mail.
Do not return any items without a return authorization number. They will be discarded without credit. You are responsible for all shipping/insurance charges to return the product to us. Skin care and cosmetic product purchases are 100% Satisfaction guaranteed within 30 days of purchase. A store credit or exchange will be given. All return and exchange shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Limit one exchange per original item. After 30 days it is up to our discretion to issue a credit or exchange.
