Raw mayonnaise * 1 cup Macadamia nuts or cashews * 1 cup water * 3 tablespoons olive oil * 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar * 1 teaspoon italian spices (basil, thyme, oregano or combo of all - whatever you have) * 1/2 teaspoon sea salt * 1 pinch cayenne pepper Mix it all together in you blender. Adjust spice and vinegar to taste. For a smoother consistency, soak nuts for 2 hours prior to making. - [x] So much better for you than what you buy in the stores! This is real food!
