Cancer Cells Cannot Live in an Alkaline System

The Standard American Diet (SAD) is the main reason why our bodies are overly acidic.

It is a diet based on the consumption of to much sugar, alcohol, caffeine, processed foods and poor quality sodium.  It contributes to a weakened immune system and dis-ease in the body.

When our bodies become either too acidic or too alkaline, healthy cells may become toxic, leading to illness and eventually to the death of the cells.  Cancer is caused by candida yeast overgrowth.  See the article abouth, "The Truth About Candida & Cancer."

One way to counter act the deterioration is by drinking alkaline water.  It can help counter balance dis-ease and bring the body back into a more alkaline state.

Here is a recipe for making your own Alkaline Water.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 liter (36 ounces) of clean, filtered water
1 organic lemon (sliced into quarters)
How to Prepare:

Take a jar and fill it with water. Add the lemon slices.  Add the teaspoon of Himalayan salt, cover the jar and let it stay overnight at room temperature. Drink the water the following morning before eating or drining anything else!
Your body will be grateful.

Baking soda can also be used as a natural alkalizer.  This is discussed more in the article, "The Truth About Candida & Cancer."

These two formulas can be easily combined.  If your body is alkalizing too quickly, you will notice feeling tired and perhaps diarrhea.. Simply slow down in the process of alkalizing and allow your body to adjust to its new normal.

Keep in mind that these suggestions are all lifestyle changes, not sudden cures.
