You can include any of your favorite vegetables or whatever you have on hand in a wrap.
Here is todays recipe for veggie wraps
1 julienned zucchini
1 chopped tomato
5 chopped spears of asparagus
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 small chopped or julienned carrot
small amount chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
Cayenne Pepper and salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together with Avocado Cream Sauce, fold into wrap or tortilla of choice and enjoy!
Avocado Cream Sauce
1T grape seed oil or olive oil
2 teas raw apple cider vinegar
2 teas lemon juice
1/2 teas sea salt
Grind nuts to a meal. Add oil, avocado, blend ‘til all is smooth. Add water, vinegar, lemon and spice to taste.
